Yesterday we served 300 pasta dinners that were delivered to those in need along with 220 lunches. Today we’ll serve even more and will continue until our neighbors are back on their feet. The Soul Kitchen volunteers are the best that Jersey have. Thanks to all who were there to answer the call…JBJ
Local New Jersey Non Profit Restaurant serves over 11,500 diners, including those without food security.
October 19, 2012 – Red Bank, NJ – The JBJ Soul Foundation’s Soul Kitchen celebrates their first year of success; redefining how the issue of hunger can be addressed. The Soul Kitchen has served over 11,500 meals, most recently 31% of their diners were people in-need; and volunteers have donated over 12,200 hours of time to the program.
On Monday, September 10th, 2012, the JBJ Soul Kitchen hosted a very special dinner event. The JBJ Soul Foundation and the Clinton Foundation welcomed the winner of an auction held at the 100 Women In Hedge Funds Gala in late 2011.
The JBJ Soul Foundation is proud to have been a part of Covenant House PA’s Rights of Passage.
