Philadelphia, PA (November 6, 2009) — Project H.O.M.E. announced that they will be holding a Grand Opening Celebration for St. Elizabeth’s Recovery residence tomorrow (Friday, November 7th) which, after extensive renovations, will provide 24 units of housing for homeless men, inluding 12 units designed and designated exclusively for homeless Veterans.
