Jon Bon Jovi, founder and front man for the iconic band Bon Jovi and Chairman of the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, accepted the 2014 Marian Anderson Award last evening during a gala dinner and concert at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia. The singer, songwriter, actor, and producer, known for his philanthropy, has a long history of civic and humanitarian outreach.
Jon Bon Jovi, Chairman of the JBJ Soul Foundation, was on hand Monday to lend his support to a new organization whose goal is to help rebuild New Jersey’s middle class.

Philadelphia – When Jon Bon Jovi first stepped on Northern Children’s Services campus about ten years ago, he recognized the beauty in one particular building, Merrick Hall. Today, Merrick Hall opened its doors back up again for the first time at the Grand Opening and Dedication Ceremony.
